 Bosmic Otim Finally Endorsed The "Rocco Paco lnitiative" After Meeting Dr. Olara Otunnu, Talks About More Sikuliku.

It should be noted that, Bosmic Otim was against this initiative whereby he recorded a video that the two respected Acholi elders, Dr. #OlaraOtunnu and Chief justice Owiny Dollo Chigamoi behind this should be arrested and interrogated.

Rocco Paco lnitiative was established to help restore Acholi's lost glory politically, socially, economically and academically 

Acholi is one the poorest tribe in Uganda and their population size is decreasing therefore Bosmic Otim advised the young to increase the rate of " #Sikuliku " so that the number of people in Acholi sub-region increases.

A big population means large market size.

We implore people to make contributions to the "Rocco Paco lnitiative " so that children from poor family or those who lost their parents or guardians can have the same chance and study with others.
